COVID-19 Precautions

I have always taken extensive precautions for ensuring sanitation and client safety. Due to the recent developments with COVID-19, those precautions have become more important than ever. Below is a list of the steps I take to ensure a safe and relaxing environment for you.

  • I have received vaccination and boosters for COVID-19

  • My hands and arms are thoroughly washed before and after each session

  • My massage table is sanitized after each session

  • Uniforms, oil dispensers, healing tools, table covers, face rest covers, and linens are all washed and sanitized between each use

I hope that these practices will help create a secure, and comfortable space for healing.

Do you take medical insurance?

Though we provide therapeutic massage, we do not work with insurance companies. Any communication with insurance companies is solely the client's responsibility. We are strictly a private-pay service.

What does your typical client look like?

Our services are offered with an open heart to individuals of every race, orientation, gender, identification, body type, ability, life experience, and belief. It is our mission to create a better world by helping others discover balance and wholeness. Without everything that makes you, you that isn't possible. If you have special requirements please let us know and we will do our best to facilitate space and healing in a way that is conscious of your individuality.

What is your cancellation policy?

Illness

If you begin experiencing fever, cold, or flu symptoms please contact us to cancel your service as soon as possible. If you cancel due to illness

you will be unable to reschedule your service for 2 weeks after cancellation.

Policy of Respect
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we request a minimum of 4-hours notice.  We understand that life happens and self-care often takes a lower priority when responsibilities arise. Because of this there is no penalty for cancellation. In that same spirit we ask you to respect the time and livelihood of your therapist. When you reschedule or cancel in a timely and direct way, you make your therapist available to accept clients in your place. At the very least, you save them from the preparation and travel required to provide our services.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call or text us at (760) 905-9760. If we don't answer, leave your information on our voice mail. Cancellations made via email will not reach us in a timely fashion. Prepaid appointments will be transferred to credit for use at a later date. Any refunds will be subject to a credit processing fee.  â€‹

What if I'm not ready for my appointment?

Your therapist will attempt to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows time to discuss your unique needs, set up, and begin on time. Please note that if your therapist is on time, but you are unavailable or unprepared, your service may be shortened to comply with their schedule.

If your therapist arrives and you do not answer the door, the therapist will wait up to 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment time before leaving. Regardless of whether the service was shortened or you were unavailable, the full amount for the service is still due if the service was paid in advance.

How should I prepare for a session?

All the services we provide are opportunities for experiencing a sacred moment for yourself. Before your scheduled appointment please do the following:

  • Prepare Your Space for the service to take place. Do your best to prepare a clean, quiet, and relaxing environment with a temperature you enjoy and enough space for your therapist to move around the massage table. If you are receiving sound therapy, set up in a space where others may not be bothered by the sound.

  • Prepare Your Body by bathing or showering before your session. Avoid styling your hair and applying heavy makeup, perfumes, or colognes. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing if you are receiving services that don't involve disrobing.

  •  Prepare Your Mind by taking a moment to stop and breathe. You are about to treat yourself, so set aside a few minutes before your therapist arrives allow yourself to be present and receptive.

Do I need to tip?

Tipping is never expected, however, if you feel like showing your therapist some appreciation, tipping is also not discouraged. Tips can be added to your on-site purchase or given directly to your therapist after your session.

What is your refund policy?

Any prepaid services that are cancelled after scheduling will be refunded or added to the clients account to be used at a later date with no expiration. Also see our cancelation policy above.

What forms of payment do you accept?

The forms of payment we accept are Cash, Check, Venmo, Zelle, and most credit/debit cards with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo.
